Today's Day Three in my exploration of what it means to Live A Revolution Everyday. Next up is Mark Oestreicher, A.K.A. Marko. Here's what he had to say:
"Well, with my christian lenses on, "Live A Revolution" would imply living into the revolutionary gospel of Jesus, the way of Jesus that is counter-cultural, about humility and love and grace and justice and serving. That's Revolutionary stuff man."
While Marko's answer is two sentences long, it packs a ton of stuff. I mean, think about it, what would it look like to live IN humility. To live IN love (there are so many directions to go with that). To live IN grace. To pursue justice. And to actually live AS a servant. This is something to definitely explore individually. I can't wait!
"Marko is the president of Youth Specialties. Marko spends his days keeping the train on the tracks, making sure YS sees the forest and not just the trees and stretching the seams on his Pied Piper outfit." Taken from his YS bio.
Thanks Marko for the fire hose! I can't wait to talk about what each of those look like in my life!
Check back tomorrow for Jeremy Zack's thoughts.
